We are seeking dedicated and reliable Construction Labourers to join our construction team. As a Construction Labourer, you will assist in various tasks related to construction projects, working under the supervision of construction supervisors or contractors. Your primary responsibilities will include performing manual labor, assisting with material handling, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites.
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment.
- Perform physical labor, such as digging trenches, carrying heavy objects, and operating hand tools.
- Assist with the assembly and installation of construction components.
- Help with the pouring and spreading of concrete or other construction materials.
- Operate machinery and equipment under supervision and as trained.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all workers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with other construction team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on construction equipment as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Knowledge of basic construction materials, tools, and safety procedures.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Strong work ethic and reliability to meet project deadlines.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow instructions.

Tasks
- Load, unload and transport construction materials
- Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades
- Mix, pour and spread materials
- Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction
- Level earth to fine grade specifications
- Clean and pile salvaged materials
- Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
